- Pool Condition Inspection: Assess for any visible damage or issues with the pool structure to ensure it remains in excellent condition.
- Water Quality Check: Verify that the water is clear, safe, and perfectly balanced for swimming.
- Complete Chemical Test: Conduct a full analysis of pool chemicals, testing for 8 critical elements, including pH, chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness, and more.
- Water Flow & Pressure Check: Evaluate the flow and pressure of the pool’s filtration system to confirm it’s functioning optimally.
- Pool Brush and Scoop: Thoroughly brush the pool walls and steps to remove algae and dirt, and scoop out leaves and debris from the surface for a pristine look.
- Pool Vacuum: Deep vacuum the pool floor to remove dirt, sand, and debris, leaving your pool spotless and ready for use.
Terms and Conditions for the Included Chemicals Pool Service Deal
Terms and Conditions:
- Starting Prices: All prices are starting prices and may vary depending on your location (distance from our base in Mindarie), pool size, and pool condition.
- Exclusions:
- The deal does not cover green or algae-affected pools, as these require specialised treatments and processes that incur additional costs.
- It also excludes major cleans, very dirty pools with excessive debris, and pools affected by storm damage.
- Included Chemicals:
- Basic chemicals for general pool servicing are included. This includes chlorine, acid, alkalinity increaser, stabiliser, and calcium increaser, with a maximum of ½ kg of each provided free of charge, if required.
- Note: Bags of salt are not classified as chemicals and are charged separately if needed.
- Special Chemicals or Treatments:
- If the pool requires specialised chemicals or treatments for issues such as algae, phosphates, staining, or other major problems, these will incur additional costs.
- We will inform you about any such issues and the recommended solutions before proceeding.
- Equipment-Related Services:
- Repairs, seal services, cartridge filter issues, and other equipment-related concerns can be addressed on the day. However, these services will be quoted and charged separately following a consultation with the pool owner.
Terms and Conditions for the Chemicals and Treatments
Inclusions (Chemicals Only as Required – Maximum of 3 of Each Added Per Visit)
We include the following basic chemicals for pool maintenance, with a maximum quantity per visit:
- Liquid Chlorine (Sanitation for the water) – Max 1 litre per visit
- Pool Acid (Lowers pH) – Max 1 litre per visit
- Soda Ash (Increases pH) – Max 500g per visit
- Granulated Chlorine (Sanitation for the water) – Max 500g per visit
- Alkalinity Increaser (Buffer) – Max 500g per visit
- Cyanuric Acid (Stabiliser) – Max 500g per visit
- Water Clarifier (Clears cloudy water) – Max 1 litre per visit
- Calcium Hardness Increaser (Increases water hardness) – Max 500g per visit
- Basic Algaecide – Max 1 litre per visit
Extras (Additional Charges Apply)
Some treatments and chemicals are not included in the standard service and are charged extra. These include:
- 20kg Bag of Salt
- Black Spot Algae Killer
- Flocculant Treatment
- Heavy Duty Algae Treatment
- Phosphates Removal Treatment
- Water Metals or Stain Removal Treatment
- Green Pool Recovery Treatment
- Flocculant & 2 Visits Treatment
